1. GENERAL TERMS

Batery Casino takes disputes very seriously; however please note that in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws & regulations (collectively referred as "Local Regulations") no arbitration procedure or class action shall be available for resolution of any dispute arising hereunder. Any issues should therefore initially go through the contact procedures outlined within Our Help Centre prior making an official claim.

10. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

Batery Casino reserves the right, without liability and with or without reason: suspend Your player account at our discretion; limit or restrict access to Games/services during any period of inactivity on same terms as described above. Furthermore We shall retain sole authority upon deciding how long such measures will remain active (collectively "Measures").

If a Measure becomes necessary because we have good reason to believe the Player has not been truthful about his identity, age etc., then such action may continue even if that player contests Our suspicions with further information provided.

11. LEGALITY AND APPLICABLE LAWS

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of jurisdictions where Batery Casino operates from (Curaçao). If any dispute arises regarding interpretation or enforceability, You agree to abide by the decision made according Our internal procedures which have been put into effect under such governing legislation.

In case We breach a contract term for which it is legally liable to compensate damages resulting therefrom and then finds insufficient assets available from Batery Casino’s insurance policies provided above, We'll only be responsible up until point where our capital reaches zero – thereby limiting overall liability accordingly.
